    Preparation of expert delay analysis report

  • Study and review of all documents including contracts, scope of work, statement of defence, statement of claim, counter claim, specifications, drawings,       procedures, method statements, correspondences, project progress, delay analysis by claimant, baseline schedule, progress reports

  • A forensic analysis shall be done to identify the reasons because of which critical activities have been delayed. Depending upon the situation a suitable       Delay Analysis Methodology (IAP/ TIA/ Window Analysis) will be adopted to perform.

  • Provide independent delay analysis expert report from international experts and assessment to be submitted to arbitration tribunal on behalf of The       Client, based on all the documents including the Statement of Claim.

  • Support in preparing the witnesses for The Client
